Parent association charity

Options
We have a registered PTA charity and our school is being threatened with closure. Does anyone know if we are allowed to use money we have raised through school events to help our 'save our school' campaign?

Probably not; our constitution states that, in the event of school closure the funds should be passed to the school to which the majority of children at the closing school will go.

Ours is based on model constitutions from PTA UK.
