Good News! court has issued the judgement in favour of me!!
This is the the letter I received:
WITHOUT NOTICE
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The Claimant having failed to file and serve a Defence to the Counterclaim there be judgment for the Defendant for an amount to be decided by the court together with costs.
2. The assessment of said damages be undertaken at the hearing listed at the Prestatyn Justice Centre on 19 May 2017 at 1:00pm with a reduced time estimate of 1 hour.
3. This order has been made without a hearing under the Courts Case Management Powers contained in the Civil Procedure Rules Part 3.
You may within 7 days of the service of this order apply to the Court to set aside or to vary the order under Part 23 Rule 10.
You must file with the Court and serve on the other parties an application that sets out your reasons for objection. A fee is payable upon the filing of the application. When your objection is received the matter will be listed for hearing unless you ask the Court to vary the order without a hearing.
