ok, it's nearly £20 but it depends on how often you think you're going to need it....flights abroad in future?
booster cushions are needed until the age of 12, or a height of 135cm is reached. My DD is nearly 9 and still just makes 130cm...

We had a similar problem going to Canada this year with our two (6 & 4), the car hire companies wanted £8/day for two. We bought two fairly decent ones from Argos (Graco) for £9 in the sale and took them on the plane as seat boosters and they actually sat on them in the plane seats, they weren't classed as hand luggage so were free of charge. it also meant that they could see the aircraft tv's better as well
