Hi folks I need your help I'm looking to buy a house with my wife our credit is good our joint money is great with have good deposit the problem is I work for an agency and won't be getting taken on until Jan 2018 therefore the two companies iv tried have turned me down the third slapped a huge interest rate on top I live in bristol uk the chances are I'm gonna need to wait until Jan but hoping there could be help out there once again thank you

Stop applying for mortgages and get yourself a decent independent mortgage broker. You already have two applications under your belt so you need to ensure that the next lender you apply to is one that you stand a good chance of getting a mortgage from.0

carpet bombing blindly any bank will not help you or your credit file as multiple searches actually harm you.
Sit down with a good broker and discuss your circumstances and see if you have any issues your credit history either, I presume you got copies of your credit files from all the main CRA?"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
