I dropped a package off, and had to sign when I got the receipt. Its been sent, tracked and delivered via Hermes. However the recipients signature is not displayed on the tracking web page but mine the sender.
The package details are not recognised on the Hermes site, only via parcel2go. Is that normal?
I have tried to to get to the bottom of it, via live chat (head brick wall).
Does any one have a contact number for parcels2go?
I am concerned that I do not have proof of delivery, no sigature.

As long as you have on-line tracking showing delivery then you will have no problem. My Hermes often don't get a signature as it is left in a safe place.
Parcel2Go normally give you a reference number which only works on their site. It sometimes does show the actual parcel tracking number when you track it on their website. Has the recipient actually said it hasn't arrived? Was this for an Ebay sale?0 -
Thank you for that it explains why tracking only works via parcel2go. I hope feedback from my ebay buyer comes through tomorrow so I know its with them.

Proof of delivery and a signature on receipt are completely different things. You only need pod. Your p2go tracking is for their website, but if you look carefully on your order you will see the Hermes tracking.
Don't fret about eBay buyers or feedback, they will contact you if there is an issue.0 -
Agree with above. As long they don't contact you, I'd leave it alone. They will soon contact you if there is a problem. You are asking to be scammed if you start asking them if it has arrived.0
