Transfering Money from Australia to Uk

Hi, my friend is coming over from australia in december.
She is looking to bring with her $2000 AUD

Can anyone recommend the best way to get a good exchange rate.
I cant find any rates from websites converting AUD into GBP.
Would a site offering bank account transfers like xe.com and transferz.com, offer a better rate than going to travelex for instance.

Any help appreciated thanks.

She needs to look at fees as well as exchange rates.

The likelihood is that if she brings her Australian debit card and uses it in an ATM, the charges/exchange rate loading will be less than most other ways of doing it.

If she brings cash, M&S is probably the best easily accessible outlet.
