Hi. I was just wondering. Does your personal credit affect your business credit?

Hi missycj and welcome to MSE,
It will depend how you have set up your business. If you are a sole trader then the business is not actually separate to you as an individual, so any searches for credit are done on your personal credit file.
If you are a limited company then the company has its own credit file that is separate to yours. It shouldn't affect you, however, the director will often be checked alongside any applications the limited company makes for credit.
