APCOA 'reminder letter' received but had paid for parking

Hi, I've read the pinned post but am confused about what to do in this case. We've just received a letter from APCOA headed 'Reminder letter' which says 'In regards Parking Charge Notice xxxxxx which was issued to you on 28/3/2017 for the contravention of Use of Private Car Park without making a valid payment'.
There are two photos of the car. This relates to parking at Bristol Parkway station on 28 March. The parking was paid for by phone, and we have a VAT receipt confirming the payment which I've downloaded from the APCOA website. The only problem is that the numberplate is slightly wrong in that a letter 'O' is registered on the APCOA system as a zero.
On the back of the letter it implies that they've contacted us before, saying it's a reminder and that we've missed the discount period so the cost is at the 'full rate' of £100. However, this is the first letter we've received, and there was no windscreen PCN on the day.
So it seems like a simple enough solution - write back with a copy of the VAT receipt showing that parking was paid for. Is it as simple as that, or should we be using one of the templates? Any advice would be very welcome.
Many thanks

use the blue text template
add an extra line stating that the DRIVER paid for parking and you have attached a copy of the parking receipt as proof of payment , tell them to check their machines again for any close matches which they should have done in their initial checks before issuing the pcn
keep the original receipt etc as proof of payment, only send copies
DO NOT REVEAL who the driver was , you are appealing AS KEEPER to the postal notice to keeper, so are replying as keeper
there is no need or requirement to tell them who the driver was, so the less said about it the better0 -
Thanks, will do :T0
