Mortgage Underwriting

Hello all,
We are a FTB couple who have had an offer accepted, have AIP approved, DIP approved and now going to start going through the mortgage underwriting assessment.
I just want to check I've been in my planned overdraft every month but not used it all, always paid it back and I have a car on finance and credit card that both have a year left to pay. My partner only has a credit card that is rarely used and we are putting in £45k deposit on a £145k house only looking to borrow £100k. We should not have any issues should we with the underwriting side even though I have still those to pay as I don't want us to lose out on our first potential home.
Thanks in advance for the advice.
