BT Call Protect may be blocking wanted calls...

BT's "Call Protect" service may be blocking calls from some of the people that you wanted to hear from...

    Basically, an unspecified number of people who already subscribe to the the BT Answer 1571 service were automatically upgraded to BT Call Protect, and might not be aware of this because they didn't read the full email BT sent them.

    One such person has had a call from their insurer directed to the junk mail box that BT Call Protect directs 'unwanted' callers to. BT say they have now fixed this mistake and the email telling the person they had this junk mailbox facility and how to access it was just slightly delayed.

    Not sure how much of an issue this, it's clearly not a perfect service though!
