bank transfer credit cards

Evening, I have a credit card with vanquis that i am trying to pay back the outstanding balance (it's roughly £1800). According to my credit file there is a few bank transfer credit cards available for me. Which i have been told is the easiest way to clear debt from one credit card.
I tried to apply for the tesco bank transfer credit card which i was successful for. But when trying to fill in the vanquis details to transfer the money across it said that it didnt support this account.
What other bank transfer cards can i use to clear my vanquis account?

Vanquis can often be difficult with BTs, for reasons I don't pretend to understand.

But a money transfer card would eliminate any problems.

yeah i know thats what i am trying to do. Just so frustrating when tesco came back saying they couldnt transfer it. I'm desperate to get rid of vanquis

I dont want to keep applying for cards unless i know for sure they will accept the vanquis balance

That's why I suggested a money transfer card.

No. It lets you transfer money into your current account, where you can use it to then pay anyone.
