Buying a 'BCA ASSURED' car from BCA

Afternoon,

I have a question.

If you were to buy a BCA assured car that clearly stated no faults or issue with the car.

However, when you go to collect the car there is a fault that was started as not being there.

Do i have the right to Reject the car and demand a full refund or do they have to fix the fault.

Do you have a choice between a fix or refund?
:jTo be Young AGAIN!!!!...what a wonderfull thought!!!!!

I found this which might help -

    http://cardealermagazine.co.uk/forum/topic/939-claims-procedure-bca-assured/

It seems you have to report it, they will then inspect it, authorise a repair OR if its a major cost fault, refund.

I dont think you can simply reject for a refund.
  • Thank you :)

Generally BCA send it back to the seller to repair it or in some cases you get a slight refund

If your a trade buyer they just give a straight credit.
