Current letting agent trying to charge me £25 for a reference for my credit check!!!!

    I got a reply from the current agent today saying I should ask the previous agent instead since the landlord didn't manage the property.

    That shouldn't matter should it. He has known whether I paid him rent for all these years on time and been a good tenant so can speak on his experience.
