Currency Exchange Companies?

I need to transfer £7000 to Mexico now and a much larger amount in a few months time.
Has anyone used any of these companies and who gives the best rates?

Are you sure you cannot transfer USD instead?

I could transfer to $s, but then they are going to have to be transferred into Mexican Pesos, so I might as well transfer direct from £s to pesos, as the money is going into a Mexican bank account.

I don't know about Mexico, but from my experience with other country money can go to USD account in this country and then can be transfered to local currency. This could be (possibly) cheaper than buying some local currencies here in UK.
