Alternatively, read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES and follow the steps on how to beat the scammers yourself with help from the regulars here.

Lazydaisy has not been active on the forum for three years. That letter is no longer relevant (although it could be adapted if necessary) It refers to GPEOL which is an absolute dead donkey, since the Beavis case in 2015.

You can fight this and WIN, which will result in THEM paying YOU! Gladstones are woefully incompetent, they do not know their a*se from the elbow. Defendants assisted by this forum beat them all the time. Just have a read through the first few pages of this board and you will find several threads from OP's who've won in court this week - you won't find a single one who has lost.

Fighting this will not take over your life, it just needs a bit of reading and research. You will find all the info you need to create your documents is already written for you on other threads - you just need to copy it and do some minor editing to make it relevant to your case (with advise from us)

If you fight this we will help you all the way to court - if it ever gets there, G/S cases often don't.

We will not help you pay these disgusting lying scumbags that we give up our time and energy trying to fight against everyday.
I ignored all previous correspondence, ppc notice and debt collectors letter
Join the club most people who come here for advice have ignored everything. [As I had done before I successfully defended both my cases in court]. It doesn't matter! Any cases that end up in court are almost always won when assisted by this forum.
I cannot recall ever receiving NTK from the parking firm
A strong point which can be used in your defence. They would have to prove they sent it... and remember what I said - Gladstones are incomptent.

At least before you think anymore about paying, let's explore some detail - which PPC is this and what are the details of the alleged contravention e.g 'did not pay and display' ?
