I don't know where to start with this one...0

Tell him if he wants to keep riding you he has to pay his way?0
-
Do you have a contract? What does your contract say about paying for bills? When did it start and how long does it run for?0
-
Are you in the USA ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Your post doesn't quite make sense as you're suggesting you're paying either £100 or £150 for both electricity and water - which is it?
If it helps, my electricity bill is £50/month and £37/month for 2 people living in a small 2 bed cottage. My wife has plenty of lights on, tumble dryer and we have an induction cooker. As for water, she uses the hose pipe lots but we only shower, not bath.0 -

please clarify:
1) which country are you in?Hi
I rent a studio
2) is this self-contained and do you live there alone?
3) do you have a written contract?
for in the beginning $ 1,350.00 a month
4) this is the rent?
and a $ 100.00 a month for water and elec.
5) this is written in the contract?
6) why is it in dollars?
7) I assume you are paying the landlord - is there a meter for the studio? Why are you not paying the utility company?
Now it is true i stay up late alot of nites
8) 'nights'?
on the computer and beause of his comlaining about the bill
9) what bill?
i am paying $ 1,500.00 to satisfy him
10) so I assume you have altered the contract and agreed to pay an extra 50 (dollars?) per month total?
but rides me all the time..
11) tell him to buy a horse instead?
Can 1 person use $ 150.00 a month of water and elc0 -
