Oct 2015 - so barely a handful of months after the announcement, during the consultation period, and before the inception.
I think point 9 might have been written by Crashy...If this proposals come into effect, there’s a good chance that properties may fall in prices to compensate for the 3% increased stamp duty.

Most of the 9 points are either ridiculous (buy a house boat, caravan, pub or an extra 14 properties !!! n) or plain wrong (such as moving into the prospective BTL for a brief period)
So if thats a measure of how good that website is, I'd steer well clear.0
