Hi,
I sent my defence into the court and received a letter back to say that Civil Enforcement had until 28 days to reply. It is now 35 days and haven't heard back from either Civil Enforcement or the Court. Should I contact the court to find out as still uptight by the whole thing. Thank you

Sit tight for now, hopefully you've read enough defences v CEL here to know this is normal. The claim is quietly dying - like CEL always do when well defended - so don't resurrect it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
