Im trying to see if we were mis sold PPI by the online catalog Very.

Has anyone successfully done this and how?

On another note should they have kept the original terms and conditions from when I opened the account

    By having valid complaint reasons for a mis-sale.

    Very should have your original agreement, but that won't be relevant for a PPI complaint.
