House prices

Hi,
I live on a new build estate, we have 4 old mills at almost arms length which are grade 2 listed dilapidated and rundown. We have received word that these are to be developed and turned into apartments Hurrah.
Is that likely to drive up or down the prices on the not so new build now.
Prices have risen from 148>180k for a 3 bed house.
102 > 160k for a 2 bed apartment.
Thanks!

Depends on how overlooked the houses will be by the new apartments.0

Depends what part of the country you are in and if the house price falls travel North from the South East.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

At a guess down. But more by virtue of the fact it's new build than anything else.0

Global trends really dictate house prices, but obviously there are localised elements as well. Can`t see the political or financial will to keep this bubble afloat lasting too much longer though.0
