Bovis shared equity

Hi,
I am in desperate need for help and advice!!
In 2007 I bought my first property with Bovis's Shared Equity Scheme.. I purchased 75% of the property leaving 25% remaining with Bovis. Unfortunately shortly after that property prices crashed and my property is still below what I purchased it at. In September it is expected of me to own 100%... I have been in contact with a financial advisor and there is no mortgage available!! If I sell I will stil be in negative equity and will need to find thousands to make up the gap!!
Is there anyone out there that have been or in the same position or know someone who is or has?? I don't know what else to do?? Help!!!
