Parking Collection Services - NTK - Missing Details

Hi guys,
I was trying to avoid starting a new thread by reading the Newbies Thread (great information by the way!) but I have a quick question before sending the blue appeals template.

I received my NTK through the post last weekend from PCS on behalf of 'ANPR Parking Services LTD' and the 'Time from' and 'Time to' fields are blank, is it worth mentioning this in the appeals email I send over to PCS? I have an image of the NTK with my details blanked out if anyone wishes to see it but as I am a new user I cannot post links yet!

I also have not received any images of me entering or leaving the car park - should I have done?

Apologies for starting a new thread and asking questions but I haven't had a private parking ticket since 2012 and it all seems to have changed since then!

Thanks.

    What was the alleged infringement?
  • The reason on the NTK is "Reason for issue: UNAUTHORISED"

This happened in a Natwest carpark after business hours, other cars were using the carpark so I assumed it was okay to park as I did not notice any signs saying otherwise.

You could add to the NEWBIES thread template, a request for all photo evidence and point out that the 'Time from' and 'Time to' fields are blank on the NTK so how they expect you to make an informed decision from this piece of paper is astonishing. Just a gentle rant then ignore them if they are an IPC member (unless you later get court papers).

  • So I sent off my appeal with the added line about missing details and images, obviously they rejected my appeal and gave me a POPLA code which is fine - they also sent me the ANPR images which are timestamped on entry and exit.

I was wondering if I have a case for POPLA as the NTK was incomplete when I received it?

Not on that basis alone. just put a long POPLA appeal together using the templates in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread, and show us the draft.
