Non-standard walls?

Currently getting quotes for buildings cover on a 70s Wimpey dormer style semi. In previous years, while I've declared the partly flat roof, I've said that the walls are brick. However I've notice that in the form I'm now completing the question is "Are the exterior walls made entirely of brick, stone or concrete?" (my italics). I presume that the external walls to the bedrooms, which are tile-clad, must be timber framed? And so I should declare, say, 25% of the wall area to be timber-framed?
