Thats what the poor saps thought when they jumped on the Volkswagen legal action.

Try and make the complaint directly first, laying out what the panels where suggested to produce and what they actually do produce. Also take a read of the contract - that will spell out exactly what was signed up for.

No win no fee solicitors make sensation claims about getting thousands of pounds back in a class action against VW...sign up here and now for free....bs bs bs

Then if they dont get you any money they wont charge you....but if you dont fill in the forms, give them all the information when they ask you for it or you decide to pull out they will charge you for their time.

Its a lose lose for the punter as there will be no gravy train and they "solicitors" have all their details to sell on to other sharks.
