Hi All
I recently opened a new Classic Plus account with TSB and today I have been attempting to set up new payees on the account but there seems to be a problem with the automated new payee authentication process.
First one went through fine calling my mobile to confirm.
Second one would not call my mobile and timed out. Then tried again on the home landline and went through fine first time.
Third one again would not call my mobile and timed out. Then tried on the home landline and went it rung first time and I picked up went to a dead line. It then it did the automated call back again and went through fine.
Just wondered if the problem was my end or at theirs?

I had a problem on Sunday when I couldn't set up regular payments (starting on a work day) even for existing payees so I think there may have been a problem on the site.
I got around it by setting up payments for the next two months and I'll try again in July.0
