Well I almost stuck to my plan last week so it's working for once! Not been shopping yet for this week but will do that either tomorrow or Tuesday, still got enough for a couple of days meals. So, the plan is:
Saturday - lunch: salad, tea: out
Sunday - lunch: avocado pasta, tea: fish curry
Monday - lunch: chicken, veg & noodles, tea: home late, will just grab something quick when I get in
Tuesday - lunch: salad, tea: lamb with spicy aubergines
Wednesday - lunch: lamb and salad pitta, tea: salmon with lentil & rice salad, beetroot
Thursday - lunch: leftover lentil & rice salad with added veg, tea: chicken casserole
Friday - lunch: leftover casserole, tea: greek lamb stew
All subject to change due to slightly unpredictable week and depending on supermarket actually having everything I want!
Have a good week everyone.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

I don't have a Saturday to do this week as we're going away, self-catering, on Saturday for a week which means I do have to think about next week though..........
So, also this week I'll be making and freezing Tomato & Bean Soup and Chilli Con Carne to take with us. I have all the makings for a fish pasta bake, pizza and toppings for baked potatoes while we're away.
I did my weekly butchers and grocers shop yesterday so I think I'm all set.
Let's see if I can manage to do it this week - I've made plans for a while but seem unable to stick to them - I thought if I wrote it down here I'm less likely to fall off the wagon.......!!:o
