This one is really confusing. Liz, I hope you won't mind if I suggest that people check for themselves. I can't find a definitive answer. It seems to me that it started in USA in 1985, but then in the UK later, either 2001 or 2011. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parental_Advisory. People are now giving different answers on the post. I hope they will be generous and count any of these answers as right, as they are, depending on how one interprets the question.
