Thomson confirmation Email, How long

Hi I booked a Thomson holiday just over an hour ago and the confirmation Email hasn't arrived yet.
Any idea how long they normally take?

They don't function well at night. I found often that their inventory isn't updated until the next morning. So expect something in the morning.

Hi, did your email arrive?

I placed an order 4 hours ago and no confirmation email

I booked a holiday with Thomson last year and the confirmation email took about 4 days to come through. Apparently it's a very common problem with them, emails 'getting stuck in the queue' or some such rubbish.

I've got the same issue. Booked a holiday 2 days ago and still not received confirmation email. Have told the Twitter team and they said they've resent it but still no email from them (TUI).
I've checked all spam & junk folders - nothing

After a bit of a mix up with a booking for a caravan site I know screen shot the confirmation page until I receive official confirmation.


personally I would give them a ring - it may be that you've mistyped the email address

I emailed them and asked for someone to specifically send me it. I now have it thanks.
