That sounds like either browser hijacking or your hosts files (C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\ ) has been modified. The best thing to do would be to enable windows firewall, get a free browser such as Firefox or Opera (which ever is not your current one).
1 - Download Spybot Search and Destroy (Free)
2 - Get Avast Anti Virus (Free)
3- Get CCLeaner (Free)
Go offline (Pull the Network cable). Install these softwares, and run in following order.
Spybot
CCleaner
Avast
That should get rid of 95% of the crap. Then go online, and update all of them and run them regularly. You can also get Zonealarm Firewall (Free Version) as a replacement for windows firewall because it is better.0
