CeX Hold My Money

I bought a "Samsung Galaxy Note" and I paid in cash £ 150.00, I returned the phone after two days (the mobile did not meet my needs to work), the CEX salesman (Ridwan K) refused to give back my money and forced me to keep a Value of Vaucher (WD989689) or get other phone.
The salesman pushed me to get other device, offering me "Google Nexus 4".
The CEX salesman, don't warned me up before, at in case of an unsuccessful purchase, or dissatisfaction they would give me a Vaucher, I only learned after buying the mobile.
The CEX salesman said that the phone was in good condition and work perfectly for all phone companies, as well as adding "perfect" to google maps.
As I was left with no options. Unfortunately the phone was having connection problems, did not work with the "Tree" operator and did not worked with the CEX web WI-FI also. I was in hands with this device, inside the CeX store for about 20 minutes.
The salesman registered in the store less £ 95.00, without my authorization. I returned the device for the salesman and he said that I should wait for the technicians to evaluate the device, and I should wait for the result. I ran out of options because the store was full of customers and I left that day.
Ticket: WD989796 Return Google Nexus 4
Ticket: WD989692 the "Google Nexus 4" without my authorization, the salesman did a transaction on the CeX System.
I informed the seller that I was not satisfied with the "NEXUS" device and I requested again the money that I paid, because I realized that I was without a phone and had to return to work. I have had request but was denied the right to choose another device without first evaluating the NEXUS device. I returned to work without a phone. I visited the same store of CEX for another 4 consecutive days and the store manager said that the device still was in tests. After 13 days I was informed that the device was no longer available and was sold. The store manager informed me that he would sort it out and would contact me. I returned to the store after 30 days and the store manager informed me new situation: "It passed 14 days, and they took possession of the device, that is, I lost the device and £ 95.00. Without options I realized that I was deceived and I Stayed from £ 150.00 at only £ 55.00 and I was forced to buy a lower handset. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with the CEX.

I can't make any sense of that.0

So... You bought a phone in store, didn't like it so returned it. They gave you a voucher. Entirely reasonable and in-line with their published T&Cs, you have no right to a refund for a change of mind when purchasing in store.
The rest... Yeah, unintelligible.0 -

Many shops will accept unwanted goods for a full refund or exchange but those that do this are going beyond what they are legally required to do.0 -
I think they are saying, they are unhappy with the original handset so wanted to return it but were refused a refund only a exchange or voucher, they bought a nexus phone with the voucher which is faulty and locked to a network its unclear if they were told this at time.
It then seems CEX won't refund the now faulty nexus phone and want it repaired.
If thats the case I expect CEX are saying as it was purchased with a voucher they can only get a refund by voucher, I had a problem like that years ago in a game store when I bought a console with cash, changed mind got a exchange for one I wanted that ended up being faulty and was told I couldn't get refund and only a replacement console so I assume something similar has occured here.
Its just so hard to understand.
That and it seems to imply when it went for checks/repair CEX are saying as it wasn't collected within 14 days it became their property but again hard to understand.0 -
