As already stated, if they pull out now, they ill have to pay your consequential losses, and at least lost the 10% deposit they have paid to you.
Call your solicitors tomorrow.0 -

Spoke to solicitors today and they have said that its the buyer he got the mortgage after the auction but he got 2 solicitors 1 sorting the buying of the house and one sorting his mortgage so that's why it's delayed so the solicitors told him he got till Thursday to sort it out and if not he loses is deposit and has to pay fees is it a good idea to give an ultimatum date he is already 8 days over completion date what do you think the chances of it being complete0

It's impossible for anyone here to guess whether your buyer will complete by Thursday.
I'd guess your solicitor has served a 'Notice to Complete' by Thursday.
You can still wait longer for the buyer, if you want, and/or you can put the property into the next auction.
If the buyer does not complete by Thursday, you will get to keep their 10% deposit.0 -
