I have P1, and i've been speeding where limit was 100 and coz i've got P1 my limit is 90 i've been driving 131, and police cached me. i've got fine on the spot $609 ( and they told me rta will send me letter. so i went to their site and there it says that i'll may be going to court, and my licence will be disqualificated for 3 months, i've been driving more than 35km/h. But i haven't been driving like that all the time, i've been speeing maybe 10sec:( Is there anything i could do just not to lose my licence?

"Can I make it worth your while to drop this charge, judge?"

That way, you either keep your licence (or license, if you prefer) or don't need to worry about it as you'll be locked up.

kph by the looks of it.

And 3 months isn't so very long to lose your licence is it. Just take the bus (or do what ever you did before you got a car) for 3 months.

And use the time spent on the bus (or whatever) during that 3 months to re-think your attitude to safe driving.
