Hi so our story is had car accident November 2017
Third-party driver accepted liability at accident later denied
Our car had driver and 4 passengers , 3 independent witnesses local business men of where accident happened so credible.
Cut long story short fast forward started court proceedings third-party solicitor and insurers still not accepting fault .
Just received court time table with a final hearing date of October 2017 so not far off however the entire process have been well over 1 year now.
Just some advise from.people who have some knowledge of experience . what is the chance that Third party might accept liability instead of going to trial I'm October. They have no. Independent witnesses they rely solely on their insured statement, they did name one but so.far been over a year and have not provided our solicitor with their witnesses details neither have they given a statement by their witness.
Thanks look forward to your kind advices
