Just received court time table with a final hearinf date of October 2017 so not far off however the entire process have been well over 1 year now.

Independent witnesses they rely they did name one but so.far been over a year and have not provided our solicitor with their witnesses details neither have they given a statement by their witness.

What is it that you want to know?
I assume you mean Nov 2016 was the accident date?
Your solicitor has issued proceedings, and a court date has been set - if the third party insurers haven't admitted liability now, they obviously feel they have a good case. It's only been 5 months since the accident (if it was Nov 2016) so things are moving pretty quickly in this case.
What are your version of events, and the third parties version of events?
The third party is clearly saying that what you say happened isn't true. Were your 3 witnesses all independent, and not known by you?
What is your solicitor advising?0 -

Sorry November 2015 I will.edit the OPost
All 3 witnesses are independent And not known to any of us , there was a butcher shop, chemist and taxi driver all who's was working at their usual place of work And witnessed the entire accident .
We were going going straight ahead at a traffic light junction and third party young guy , came.speeding through red lights on our left and hit the side of our car . One of the witness was a chemist delivery guy who was behind him so verifies the driver went through red lights.0 -

Is your solicitor being paid for by your insurance?
If so just go with it. I have been to small claims courts for an insurance dispute, I didn't need to do anything just turn up and tell my version of events to the judge.
The solicitors filled out all the paperwork and went through everything with me.
With mine just before court the third party offered 50/50 at this stage it was my choice whether to accept rather than the insurance company. On the advice of my solicitor I refused and went to court (and won

Solicitor independent no win no fee , he is sure he'll wrap it up before July as he firlmy believes that they don't have a case at all and would be suprised if they went to trial .Even vehicle assessor report goes in our favour . And we have 3 very credible independent witnesses . I suspect they have just been buying time .
Third party solicitor is from their insurance company and she keeps changing statement e.g giving their witness name but no statement or details to our solicitor, trying to change driver details surely it's evident to the unbiased mind that they are playing games to buy more time .0 -
Your solicitor is far better placed than anyone here to advise you.
Their advice sounds confident. Leave it to them. With any luck the other side will cave in before this actually gets to court0 -

If what you say is correct, It will be something simple, like an insurance claims handler (Depending on insurance company, some solicitors have to take instructions from the insurers) on the other side not willing to overrule their client and deal with your claim in full.0
