When viewing results using the Cheap Energy Club, each price has an MSE Customer Service Rating against it, with for example, 96% Great, 4% Okay, 0% Poor (25 votes) . How do you get to vote? :cool:

Thanks for your reply and links. It's all clear now. I can see that anyone is able to vote on anything. I suppose it's all down to honesty but it could be the case, say for energy providers, that someone could cast a vote for OVO when they are actually with EDF. I'd always thought it would be managed through logging on to your Cheap Energy Club account and voting from there. That would prevent fiddling as your current provider is shown there.Thanks for reading. Live long & prosper0
