Arleen, thank you for that, I have already checked contracts, invoices etc and there is nothing that says I am liable and they are all in the company name. I will look into set asides, as I have no knowledge of them at this point.

It said "unpaid services supplied to" the business.
Banking is a service, and it could be a business current account, a finance deal for a van lease, etc etc
It's worth at lease considering that he could have given a DG.0
