So Vodafone have just got back to us finally and said that the default is correct as the account was not cancelled. It was 100% cancelled with the correct notice given but they never closed the account there end. We never had any overdue bill letters etc. I'm so cross! Is this going to actually stop us getting a mortgage? NatWest is the only company who will accept our income0
