Frankie & Benny's

1) Website - useless when using a Mac as Mac's do not like the active scrolling (using Chrome on my 2010 MacBook Pro).

2) Their reward scheme signup, 'your password needs to be longer', 'your password needs to have a capital', 'your password needs a symbol'. Why did you not say that in the first place!!!!!

Although I agree about vent (1). Vent 2 seems unfair as the signup says.

"Come on in and tell us about yourself, this gives us consent to send you F&B Rewards. All we're gonna need is your email plus a password with at least 8 characters with at least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter and one number. For your own security choose a password that you haven't used anywhere else. Easy".

Yes but it should be more 'intuitive'... Hungover, no coffee in the house.

They just don't cater for that!! Their fault.

I hate these sites that demand a complex password for a trivial membership. People aren't going to remember a difficult password so they either forget it and get reminders every time or they do the stupid and dangerous thing of using a common password on loads of sites.

Yes I do use a password manager - see, I knew what you were thinking. But most people don't. Frankie and Bennies password requirements sounds like an online banking site.
Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.

It's because a personal name and email address is classed as confidential data and needs to be held securely and safely.

If their website making you grumpy. Best to avoid actually going there to eat! At least based on last few times I have been. Missing food. Hour long wait between courses and lying staff.. go there and get ready for something to really complain about!

They do. It's the users that are the problem.
