I'm just going round in circles, I log in but when I click on the comp link it logs me out. I've notified them of the problem via the email address in the OP in case others are having the same problem

I always have a problem with these had to be entered manually the last one I entered, but has just through first time in chrome.

I've tried in Edge, FF & Chrome & no luck in any & Aviva failed to respond to my emails about the problem

I've gone to live chat who gave me the phone number to ring. They're looking into it for me & will get back to me probably tomorrow or Wednesday so I'll update when I hear. I said it was lots of people having the same problem & he kept asking if it was people without a policy who couldn't enter but that shouldn't matter as it's not in the T&Cs that you need a policy just that you're registered.

Mr GB and I both have separate policies, so that's a red herring.
I've found FB or Twitter messages get best response, but only that they'll enter my details manually as their techies are still working on it!

Edge and Chrome both go round in circles but Incognito in Chrome worked.
