One Day Late Payment

Check your next statement or contact them to see if your 0% balance transfer is still valid as by having a late payment they reserve the right to cancel those terms and return you to our normal rate
If the above is the case and your first ever late payment then raise a complaint to get higher than the first line support

Two reasons - to satisfy my own annoyance (they cut the limit by 75% a few months ago with minimal notice) and so show the account as settled in case it impacts anything
The annoyance is one thing, but showing the account as settled will not make any difference, as the missed payment will still show.0
