British Airways Meals

I booked flights last august to go from Glasgow to Tampa (via Gatwick) this June. I am now struggling to find out if meals are included in all the flights as there's been some reports in the papers shut this today. I know lots of people dislike airline food but I am not one of those and want to know if we'll need to take food or buy it on the flight. Any ideas of how to find this out as their site isn't that easy to navigate.

There'll be no complimentary food on gla-Lgw and since you booked before the change claim avios http://www.headforpoints.com/2016/09/30/british-airways-buy-on-board-refund-compensation/
They'll be food on Lgw-tpa, but you may not get pretzels with your drink and cheese n biccies may have been omitted from dinner on the flight from tpa. The snack meal may be a bit small before arrival at tpa, so pack something if you get hungry.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
Pretzels and cheese and biscuits have been reinstated!Legal team on standby0

Thanks for that, had read the link before but didn't fill in the form for some compensation, I fly Edin/Gatwick next week though so might be a bit late!
Anyone know how you pay on the flight using AVIOS?Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama0 -

Thanks, this was just what I needed. I have submitted my claim for Avios using the link you provided now so hopefully they will process that before we head off.0 -
I have a complaint about trying to beat BA food issues and questionable standard service by upgrade to "premium economy" Miami - London Heathrow.
£500 got us we say too little with, for example, scrambled egg seemingly masquerading as 1st class breakfast.
all the same week as the pensioner flies in the pond.- not cross the pond (Daily Mail 3.4.17 - Daily Mail "87, sat in wet clothes for 13 hours...refused.....loo" )
if you upgrade perhaps you get to the loo? we did, yippee!! perhaps a whole new meaning to spend a penny0 -
Preimum economy is still economy. You do not get first class breakfast in WT+, nor is this an advertised perk.0

I congratulate you on a near incoherent first post.0 -
We flew to and from St Lucia in March. The food on the way out was OK but the food on the return journey was inedible. Staff were also rude to a passenger in front of us who asked for a drink and the response was "I've only got one pair of hands"!
BA have really gone downhill in recent years0 -
