£99 for a DIY service, or £199 for photos and floorplans to be done for you. They list on Rightmove and Zoopla and more.
Although £60 extra for a board outside the house, and £88 for a featured ad on RM, Zoopla etc.
Anyone used them?

I've not heard them mentioned on here, but try searching the board in case anything comes up.
If some newbie turns up going 'OMG the best easiest company I've ever used', take it with a pinch of salt.

I'm a newbie so take my answer with a pinch of salt
I made an enquiry with them yesterday and have decided to give it a go. Having sold my last house without an Estate Agent at all, I don't particularly feel high street agents do much for their money. As long as my house is on Rightmove etc. I'm pretty sure the buyers will come without forking out over £1k.
I'll update on how it goes, once it's actually live on the market.0 -
I am presuming Rajan's post has been removed? Im not bumping this from months back, it was the third thread on the first page, but the post must have been removed, but I am interested to see if anyone has used them yet. It does seem like a cheap way to get onto RM.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

It seems very cheap for the work that needs to be conducted (hours taken to get to completion).0 -
today is 14th August so 3 months 14 days after this post on 30th April. No update speaks volumes.....
To be fair, people not coming back to update their threads is nothing new here, and means very little.
But I have PM'ed them.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Apologies for not updating here, I didn't realise at the time about 'subscribing' so the thread disappeared from my radar.
I did go with Doorsteps and my house initially sold in the first week of going live, unfortunately that fell through 4 weeks later but has since sold again and we're just going through all the usual buying / selling stuff.
Doorsteps have minimal involvement but I'm fine with that. They answer when I ask a question but aren't doing anything proactive that a high st agent might do (although I don't know what that is as I've never used one) According to my viewers, booking an appointment was straight forward and from my point of view the offer and negotiation stage was too.
I essentially paid £199 for a listing on Rightmove and a for sale board. That's what I wanted and I'm happy with that. I knew what my house would likely achieve and priced it accordingly. So it worked for me. Overall I'm satisfied with Doorsteps because I didn't expect them to do much more than list my house for me.0
