Ideas of things to do in Sheringham

Hi, were going to Sheringham at the end of July for one week and am just exploring things to do for my self and my daughter who is 24 and has special needs,i am a none driver so will be either walking or rely on public transport,one thing we will be doing is going on the steam train any recommendations on places to eat,things to see etc,

Sheringham Park is worth a visit if the weather is fine https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/sheringham-park

The steam train to Holt is great and the town is worthy of exploration - very quaint.

Take the bus to Wells - a lovely town by the sea.

Second vote for the North Norfolk Railway. There's also the Tank Museum not too far away if that's your thing...

Agree that Wells is worth a visit. If you're not up for the walk down to the beach, hop on the little train that goes up and down the Quay. Having enjoyed the beach, indulge in Fish and Chips back up on the main road. The Crab House was excellent too. We loved Alpaca Trekking in Wells. Not sure if there is a bus to Brancaster? Beautiful beach and much quieter than Wells.

I love visiting Sheringham. Spent a week there last year but can't really recall what we did!
The railway is fab, we liked the Funky Mackerel cafe http://funkymackerel.com (not wheelchair accessible, though, if you require that), went to the Mo, http://www.sheringhammuseum.co.uk, spent time in the arcades and wandering along the front. Easily whiled away the week without being too reliant on the car so I'm sure you'll have a great time.
