I've been in a new-build end terrace (1990s) with a windowless bathroom. Of course, there was an extractor fan fitted. But what sort of a dwelling doesn't have kitchen windows either, if not a basement flat? I'm thinking this conversion was done without informing the LA.

    Thanks kernel:)

It is a big Victorian type house made approx 1900. It has been converted to 4 flats. Surveyor wasn't impressed at all about the boiler location . The rest he found suitable .
i went through everything with a fine toothed comb as you do.
There are compromises in everything tbh, and the lack of windows in bathroom and kitchen ,plus the boiler location are mine.
