Terms and Conditions
1. The competition (“Competition”) promoter is Hutchison 3G UK Limited, Star House, 20 Grenfell Road, Maidenhead, Berks, SL6 1EH (“Three”).
2. Entries into the Competition will be accepted between Tuesday 2nd May 2017 and Friday 5th May 2017.
3. The Competition is free to enter and open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required. Employees of Three or their families, its agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Competition. Three reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the Competition and any prize, if awarded, must be returned immediately.
4. Entry: To enter the Competition, you must be a Three customer and fully complete and submit the entry form at https://comeflywiththree.threemicrosites.co.uk/. Three accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt or entry.
5. To qualify for entry, entrants must be able to travel abroad between 12th - 30th May 2017, be of good health to travel long distances, have a passport that is valid for at least six months prior to travel, have no criminal conviction from the past 10 years that would prohibit you from travelling to USA. Customers that do not fulfil these criteria will be disqualified and their entry held void.
6. We will not be responsible for any personal injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Initial winners: There will be Fifty Initial Winners who will be chosen at random from all valid entries on or before 8th May 2017 who will win an Initial Prize and be required to travel to a central London location for an event on 12th May 2017 hosted by Paddy McGuinness and Three. Winners will be required to respond within 24 hours of receiving email communication in order to be valid for the prize.
8. Initial Prizes: There are fifty Initial Prizes, each consisting of one ticket (plus guest) for the ‘Come fly with Three’ event on 12 May 2017 (the “Event”). The Initial Prizes do not include travel to and from the Event.
9. Final winners: There will be five Final Winners who will be chosen at random from all Initial Winners at the event on 12th May 2017 and will win a Final Prize.
10. Final Prizes: There are five Final Prizes, each consisting of one holiday for the Winner plus guest. Details of the holiday will announced at the Event, but the Final Prize will include flights and accommodation. Spending money and travel to and from the airport is not included. ts to and accommodation in Las Vegas.
11. Three will notify the Final Prize Winners on 12th May as part of the event.
12. The Final Prize Winners may be required to submit valid identification before travel logistics are arranged.
13. The Prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Three reserves the right at any time to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of similar or greater value.
14. The Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to Three’s terms for service. The Winners agree that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by the Winner. Three accepts no liability for third party terms and conditions relating to the Prizes. All third party terms and conditions relating to the Prize are beyond the control of Three.
15. By entering the Competition, all entrants warrant that their entry does not infringe English law. Three reserves the right to remove any entries or comments which Three decides, at its sole discretion, contravene the spirit of the Competition. These include any entries which include nudity, depict obscene images or may be deemed offensive, defamatory or what appears to include unauthorized use of third party intellectual property. Any such entries will automatically be disqualified.
16. By entering the Competition, all entrants agree that and their successful attendance at the Event Three and its selected sub-licensees may use the Entrants image and any media created during the event, including video footage for Three’s marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media whether now known or hereafter invented without further remuneration.
17. By entering the Competition all entrants waive and agree not to assert (and warrant that all individuals featured have waived and agreed not to assert) any moral rights in and in connection with the entry or attendance at the Event.
18. By entering the Competition all entrants agree, at the expense of Three, to do such other things and execute such other documents as are reasonably requested of them by Three in order to allow Three to use their entry and attendance at the Event for marketing purposes.
19. By accepting the Initial Prize and/or Final Prize, Winners agree to allow Three to use their name and general location for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
20. Unless otherwise indicated, information that entrants supply when entering the Competition will be used only in accordance with Three’s web privacy policy (www.three.co.uk) and these terms and conditions. Our use of such information will also be subject to the privacy notice contained at Section 13 of the terms and conditions governing the use of Three services. See www.three.co.uk.
21. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Competition or for any prize connected with the Competition and liability is excluded, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the Winner arising out of or in connection with the Prize. This does not affect your statutory rights.
22. The name and county of the Winners can be obtained by sending a Stamped Addressed Envelope to (Fern Cottag, The Street, Ickham, Canterbury, Kent, CT3 1QW) after 12th May.
23. Entry into the Competition confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. Where it becomes necessary to do so, Three reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions at any time without notice. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and you irrevocably agree that the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Competition.
