Microsoft help please

Can anybody help me please? I am trying to export contacts from a Nokia Lumia phone on my PC using a Microsoft account (the Microsoft account won't open on the phone itself for some reason, just on my PC). I can get the contacts up on Outlook People (https://outlook.live.com/owa/?path=/people), which gives me the option to export them on the manage tab, but when I hit the export button, the screen goes away and nothing else happens. Does anyone know how I would go about exporting these contacts to my PC as .csv files, so that I can import them into a new iPhone via iTunes please? Any help greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the following at all OP?

Set up the Outlook account on iPhone, enter your email address and password.

Once that's done you can choose to sync the following:

Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Notes and Reminders

Appreciate you're unable to access the account from your Lumia but assuming the phone has been backing up over Wi-Fi it *might* have uploaded your existing contacts already?

Thanks 20aday, I'll give it a go, as it certainly seems to come up on Outlook on the PC. Will keep you posted!

Pop-up blocker perhaps? It does behave a bit like a pop-up when I try it.
I would try it on another browser on your PC.

Amazing advice, thank you Jivesinger! Worked first time!!! Now all I have to do is import the CSV files to iTunes and onto the phone, which doesn't seem to work with dragging and dropping or via import :( Any ideas anyone please?

Are you using your Outlook/Hotmail account with your iPhone? If so, I'd have thought it would sync as suggested here.

If not, which email service are you using? It might be a case of loading it onto that email provider's website and syncing there.
