Hi I know you posted this a while ago but hoping you’ll still reply... did you need your Debenhams account number in order to make an claim? I cannot find mine and know I had PPI.

To make a complaint, you send as much information as you have.
To make a claim, you just go direct to the insurer with details of your insured event.0
