Hi All
Not sure if this is the right place to post but here goes.
The ASA have upheld a complaint against an ebay seller, based in China but giving the impression they are UK Based
Whilst the ASA have no real teeth, hopefully this might prompt ebay into clamping down (although I doubt it)

I doubt the seller cared one jot.
The Chinese address was in the contact listings and the items were normally UK stock as described.
Unless they hold ebay accountable it will make zero difference i expect.
Just to add.. If ebay stopped all Chinese sellers with sales like that ebay would be quite empty.. Loads of them. Same as you get one seller with 20 odd accounts.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
