CLAIM FORM - help!

Hi,

I have posted about this parking fine previously,

I sent them a letter to say that I wanted more proof etc. They sent me a letter with a different car in a different car park a few days ago and now they've sent a claim form.

What do I do? I've drafted a letter to state that the car isn't mine.

Thank you in advance.

If you have had a claim form then you have to defend it. It has gone past the writing letters to them now. You really need to spend the weekend reading this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822

There is a section on defending claims. Read it multiple times. You can beat this (and even get expenses out of them) but it does take a little work.
