UKPS (uk parking solutions) & TNC Parking Services HELP.

Limmers
Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am currently a student at Guildford College and there seems to be a lacking in Student Car park spaces. Now obviously i am not wanting to miss my lectures so in dire need have had to park in the visitors section located inside the privately owned land of Guildford college.
I have received much to my dismay two parking charge notices (PCN) which i stupidly ignored, one was from February and one from March.
As i previously said i ignored them, i have now received a letter from TNC services for my first PCN in February:
it mentions they obtained my information from the DVLA using a reasonable cause request. There is a box on the top right corner saying notice to keep or hirer with the cars info, parking charge date and location with a PCN number. (one thing they've messed up is they've described the contravention as PERMIT HOLDER NOT PARKED IN NON PERMIT AREA (as i had my student parking permit on display)).
Please advise me on what to do in terms of if i should reply to this letter and if so how?
And where i stand.
Thank you very much.
Any further information you require i am open to responding.

Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1. Send initial appeal, get POPLA code, read post #3 of aforementioned sticky, draft POPLA appeal, show us your draft, send it off to POPLA (after our approval) get POPLA to cancel the charges.
Deal with each PCN as separate entities. Don't try appealing both together. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you Umkomaas, I have followed your advice and i sent off the letters (separately).
I sent them off Last month and have not heard back from them as of yet.
In the mean time i have received Letters from TNC With headers such as "Important notice of intended further action" and the price has gone up from £100 to £179 and they are going to liaise with their client (UKPS) to see what further action they can take upon me and how they can seize my assets.
In TNC's first letter they said to send any appeals to their client (UKPS) as they have nothing to do with that process, so as stated above i sent off the letter but am still receiving letters from TNC and have not heard back from UKPS in about a month from sending the Appeal letters to try and cancel it / get a popla code.
Please advise on what i should do from here on.

TNC are debt collectors, so read post #4 of the NEWBIES sticky thread and the ROSSENDALES thread, and IGNORE
only the PPC can issue a court case, not debt collectors
and complain to the DVLA email address with copies of alll paperwork and a timeline , showing you appealed as keeper with no reply from the PPC (so no popla code or cancellation - the BPA CoP shows 35 days for a reply)0 -

Classy - not. Misleading drivel. It's not a ''price'' and it goes down to zero if you stick with us.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
